Frequently asked questions:

What are Cannabinoids?
Cannabinoids are the primary chemical compounds produced by the cannabis plant and have been patented by the US Department of Health and Human Services as “antioxidants and neuroprotectants.” While there are many identified cannabinoids, Royal Labs uses plants that have naturally high levels of Cannabidiol (CBD) while having only trace amounts of Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). Royal Labs formulates products with 0% THC or less than 0.3% THC, both of which are legal to sell in all 50 states.

How does Royal Labs guarantee the Purity and Safety of their products?
The industrial hemp used to create Royal Labs Premium CBD Hemp Oil has been carefully sourced, processed, and tested for purity, safety, and consistency.

All of our hemp plants are grown using proprietary hemp cultivars right here in the USA.  There are many companies that import hemp oil from Chinese, European, or Canadian sources, but we found that doing so can make it difficult to control the quality and purity of the hemp oil.  In our research, we found that only USA farms utilizing sustainable farming practices and zero pesticides made it into our strict standards.

Royal Labs Hemp Oil is extracted using supercritical CO2 extraction - the purest form of extraction - whereas many hemp oils on the market are extracted using harmful chemicals.  Our extraction process uses zero chemicals in the process ensuring the most potent and pure CBD on the market. From there, our manufacturing and testing processes are second to none. Each batch of our CBD hemp oil goes through stringent ISO-certified 3rd party testing to ensure consistency, and purity.

What is the Endocannabinoid System (ECS)?
In the late 1990’s the Endocannabinoid System (ECS) was discovered. The ECS is a collection of cell receptors within a human’s body, which helps to support the body’s immune system and maintain balance within the central nervous and digestive systems.  Our body’s energy, memory, metabolism, and sleep, to name a few, are all affected by the ECS. Hemp oil and its Phyto Cannabinoids, namely CBD, help to support this natural system and contribute to a healthy wellbeing.

Is it Legal for Royal Labs Hemp to sell CBD Hemp products and ship to all 50 states?
Yes, we can legally ship its proprietary Hemp Derived CBD products to all 50 states per THE UNITED STATES FARM BILL (Agricultural Act of 2014).  This Bill classified ‘‘Industrial Hemp’’ as the plant Cannabis Sativa L. and any part of such plant, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis.  Sec. 7606 also allows for the federally legal growth, cultivation, and marketing of Industrial Hemp by states with an Industrial Hemp Research Pilot Program (IHRPP) or via an institution of higher education.

Royal Labs Proprietary Hemp Extract is sourced from a USA legal hemp program in a state that is fully compliant with the Federal Farm Bill section 7606.
